Abstract

Monoclonal antibody (MAb) against a P. fluorescens was produced by immunization of Balb/c mice with whole cell of the bacteria. Isotyping test revealed that the MAb was IgG2b with ? light chain. Western blot showed that MAb reacted with whole cell protein of 41 kDa and outer membrane protein (OMP) of 37 kDa. The MAb was considered to be a useful probe for strains identification and rapid diagnosis kit for P. fluorescens.
